Job description

Operate and assist with CNC machinery used in woodworking production

Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions

Prepare, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials as needed

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Sand, finish, and clean wood components as required

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Use basic hand tools and power tools safely

Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

Previous woodworking experience required

CNC machining experience required

Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a shop environment

Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
