Thank You for your interest in Anza Management, we are looking for a full-time Onsite Maintenance Technician.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve the quality and value of the apartment property. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Days/Hours will vary based on property location and weekend availability is needed

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred

• Required to live on-site

• Valid California Driver’s License

• Will be subject to a Background/Physical/ Drug Screening

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of installations and repairs in plumbing and electrical issues
• Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
• Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
• Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
• Document repairs and performed duties
• Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
• Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
• Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
