Job description

Pay range: $20.53 - $20.94/hour to start (Direct Hire)

Timber Products is hiring hourly production employees for its Plywood and Particleboard mills in Medford.

With over a century behind us, our one constant is our people. We have a dedication to safety, health and wellness for our Timber Products employees and their families. 

Production employees may be hired to work in a variety of machine centers within the Particleboard manufacturing process. Job openings range from laborer to forklift operator to working as vacation relief for a mix of skilled jobs within the mill.

We are looking for qualified candidates with the following skills/experience:

·        Must be able to learn to operate a variety of production machinery. Previous manufacturing or wood products experience preferred, but not required.

·        Ability to stand and walk on concrete and other hard surfaces as well as uneven surfaces for an entire shift.

·        Lifting, stacking, pushing, pulling, and sorting product up to 25 lbs. required for most jobs.

·        Must be able to work any shift. New employees are typically assigned to Graveyard positions.

·        Must be able to strictly adhere to safety rules and standards.
