Most ABA clinics won't tell you the billable number until the offer letter. Ours is 25 hours. We built the schedule that way because we believe the best clinical work happens when clinicians aren't running on empty.

  • Carry a clinic-based caseload with a 25-hour billable expectation
  • Develop and oversee individualized, trauma-informed ABA programs
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs
  • Collaborate with families and a Senior BCBA with 9+ years of clinical experience
  • Contribute to clinical decision-making your voice drives outcomes here, not just "advises" them
