Job Description

Position: Human Resources Specialist

Duration: Full Time

Location: McLean, VA 22102

 The HR Specialist at Inoventures has a great opportunity to grow as a professional.  The position requires understanding Inoventures group companies' benefit plans, 401K plans and the ability to work as a liaison between Paychex brokers and employees. Onboarding employees, managing employee files, coordinating H1B and Green card filings in addition to supervising recruiting efforts are essential skills. With a sense of urgency, work with recruiting teams and our own job boards to close open positions fast.

Job Description 

  Understand Inoventures group companies'medical and supplementary benefit plans and 401 K plans

  Work with Paychex coordinators for Benefits and 401 K plan and take care of enrollment and 401K form 5500 submission and other related responsibilities

  Perform E9 verification and other relevant onboarding responsibilities

  Work with recruiting teams to close open positions fastest across various groups

  Utilizing our own job boards, work independently to close positions               

Qualifications

   Qualifications

  College degree required

  Minimum2-years professional experience in HR, recruiting

  Aptitude to work with people and complete tasks

  High energy, confidence and positive attitude to articulate about Inoventures

  Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
