Market Director - Women's and Children's Services
Location: Turlock & Modesto, CA (Emanuel Medical Center & Doctors Medical Center)
Compensation: USD $180,000 - $250,000 + $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a visionary, passionate nursing leader to oversee maternal and pediatric care across two major hospitals in California's Central Valley: Emanuel Medical Center (Turlock) and Doctors Medical Center (Modesto). This is a unique opportunity to drive strategy, inspire teams, and shape the future of Women's & Children's Services in a dynamic and growing community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Women's & Children's Services, including Labor & Delivery, NICU, Pediatrics, and Women's Health.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance maternal and pediatric service lines across both hospitals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and community partners to expand access and improve quality of care.
  • Mentor and develop nurse leaders, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee operational and financial performance, ensuring efficiency without compromising patient outcomes.
  • Implement evidence-based practices and innovative care models to improve patient and family experiences.
Qualifications
  • Education:
    • BSN required; MSN or MBA preferred.
  • Licenses/Certifications:
    • Active California RN license.
    • ACLS, PALS, and NRP required.
    • Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience.
    • At least 2 years in Labor & Delivery/Obstetrics.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
