Job Description Director of Women's Services | Greater Raleigh-Durham Area Our acute care medical center in the Greater Raleigh-Durham area is seeking a Director of Women's Services to lead a focused and growing Labor and Delivery department within a close-knit community-based setting. This director-level role carries 24/7 accountability for the full scope of Obstetrical Services - clinical operations, performance improvement, human resource management, fiscal and supply management, staff development, and patient experience. The Director ensures departmental compliance with The Joint Commission, CMS, hospital bylaws, and Standards of Nursing Practice, and serves as an active partner to physicians and the broader healthcare team.

For the right leader, the smaller program size is the opportunity - direct visibility, meaningful community impact, and the ability to shape a department's culture and growth without the layers and bureaucracy of a large system.
