Jamestown Public Schools is continually accepting applications for Bus Attendant substitutes.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
SALARY: $15.50/Hour
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
All candidates must complete the online application available at the WNYRIC job site. The application process will require that you upload the following document from a saved file on your computer;
  • Chautauqua County Civil Service Application (All candidates must upload a completed, signed civil service application. This will require that you click on the link provided, fill out the form, print, sign and upload it to your WNYRIC application. Do not mail the application to Mayville. You do not need to take the exam. However, we are required to have the application on file in our personnel records for all substitutes.)

Please do not fax, email or send hard copies of your application or application materials to our office. They must be uploaded as attachments to your WNYRIC application.

All offers of employment are contingent upon approval by the Director of Human Resources and the Board of Education. In addition, all positions require that you pass fingerprint clearance through New York State's Department of Education Office of School Personnel Review and Accountability (OSPRA). Clearance performed through any other agencies cannot be honored regardless of the facility at which you had your fingerprints taken. If you have not previously received clearance to work in a public school system through OSPRA and you are offered employment, you will be required to do so at an out of pocket cost to you.*
