Job Description:

Candidates must be experienced and certified on a forklift and able to fulfill the following requirements:


  • Receive and unload inbound shipments of warehoused food products using a stand-up forklift

  • Sort, stage, and place products in the appropriate storage areas

  • Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas

  • Prepare completed pallets of product for shipping, to include stacking, packaging/repackaging, shrink wrapping and labeling, and move product to assigned location

  • Accurately load outbound containers, shipments to meet customer demands

  • Verify product, lot numbers and quantities of orders to ensure accuracy

  • Report damages or discrepancies to supervision

  • Perform assembly of palletized products per customer requirements

  • Have basic knowledge or experience in software applications, WMS, YMS


Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Previous Standup Forklift Experience or Forklift Certification required
  • Previous Slip Sheet Operator Certification preferred


Additional Qualifications:

  • General mathematic skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and use RF equipment
  • Clamp Experience a plus
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds
  • Ability to constantly walk, bend and lift
  • Perform all work duties in a safe manner and support and participate in all daily safety activities
