We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized  Warehouse Support Specialist  to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments, supporting our commitment to excellent customer service and efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems accordingly
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues
Requirements
