Role Summary:

The layer pick operator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating both inbound receiving and outbound picking of part tasks within the Spirit Distribution Center (SDC). Responsibilities include processing outbound orders wither on the DMS or manually on Wrist units/Computers, orders handling inbound product receipts, coordinating with internal teams CSR and management, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards

Principal Responsibilities:

(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.  It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.):

  • Follow established parameters for Receiving/Picking/XDOCK areas respectively
  • Process sort and prep all deliveries arriving at SDC and routed to the correct destination.
  • Receive and process all incoming deliveries to stock correctly based on system locations and parameters.
  • Pick and Pack orders according to work orders and instructions
  • Process orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Maintain the highest integrity when processing orders in the WMS.
  • Ensure proper care and safeguarding of all computer equipment in possession.
  • Ensure proper prep, care and safeguarding of all customer parts in possession.
  • Handle and process orders under control accurately and within established timeframes.
  • Make efforts to prep and process all orders/waves promptly.
  • Notify Lead or Supervisor of any problems encountered during operations.
  • 5S and maintain level of cleanliness outlined by area within the warehouse and job function areas

For this position, the expected base pay range is $20.50 - $20.50 Hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
