Job description

RugPadUSA is a growing e-commerce business looking to find ambitious, creative, and innovative individuals to help take the company to the next level.  Started in 2012, Rug Pad USA quickly grew as a pioneer in the industry for rug pad essentials.  Over the last 10 years RugPadUSA has expanded to multiple locations, manages logistics and supply chain processes, and is currently expanding into manufacturing to create the best quality products for our customers. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists all finished goods operations at warehouse location
  • Manages warehouse employees in designated location(s)
  • Assists with Site Supervisor to improve warehouse efficiency and other RugPadUSA operational goals
  • Provides regular feedback to Site Supervisor regarding their specific team of warehouse employees, including constant evaluation of employees, evaluation of operational efficiency, and recommendations for improvement
  • Diagnose and assist with WMS troubleshooting, including but not limited to reviewing logs, printing diagnostics, troubleshooting system errors
  • Assists in operation of warehouse automations including automated scales and packaging equipment
  • Assist in inventory management to maintain efficient warehouse operation and avoid stock-outs
  • Manage new employee training regarding use of scan based order fulfillment software
  • Ensure warehouse employees follow company operational and safety procedures
  • Any and all other reasonable responsibilities, as they are clearly communicated at such time, that may be required today or in the future to facilitate the Finished Goods operations at any domestic location now or in the future.

Qualifications & Skills (Required):

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Familiarity with scanning and barcode technology
  • Experience with cloud based order or inventory software strongly preferred
  • Excel experience Preferred
  • Ability to lift 40lbs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Critical thinking and creative problem solving
  • Bilingual highly desired

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 Years in a warehouse environment
