Job description

Warehouse Associate — Day Shift | 4-Day Schedule | Weekly Pay

USA Parkway (McCarran/TRIC Area), Nevada | Full-Time | $20.00/hour

Position Overview

Not many warehouse jobs let you work four days and take three off — this one does. A fast-paced distribution and logistics operation on USA Parkway is hiring dependable Warehouse Associates for stable, long-term day-shift work. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, if you're reliable and ready to learn, we want to meet you.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Weekly Pay: Every Friday — money in your pocket every week, not twice a month
  • Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (both schedules)
  • Pick Your Four-Day Schedule:
    • Full-Time: Sunday – Wednesday
    • Full-Time: Wednesday – Saturday
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

Why You'll Love It

  • Four-day day-shift schedule — three days off, every single week
  • Weekly pay every Friday
  • Long-term opportunity with real growth potential
  • Build marketable skills in scanners, WMS systems, and logistics that travel with your career

What You'll Do

  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
  • Label, sort, and consolidate products accurately
  • Load and unload trailers and containers and stage outbound shipments
  • Verify counts and inspect merchandise for damage
  • Use handheld scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), and shipping documents
  • Support inventory activities and special projects as needed
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe in accordance with OSHA guidelines

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred — but a great attitude and willingness to learn count just as much
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with basic math skills
  • Reliable transportation and an excellent attendance record
  • Physical readiness: ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs independently (60 lbs with assistance), and perform repetitive movement in varying temperatures

Requirements

  • Pre-employment background check required — must pass prior to start date
  • Pre-employment drug screening required — must pass prior to start date
  • Steel-toe shoes required on day one
