Job description

Leads RDC Supply Chain systems and processes as a technical subject matter expert, translating system capabilities into scalable best practices. Serves as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, coordinating the escalation and resolution of system issues. Drives system development initiatives to optimize people, processes, and technology across the Supply Chain. Overall Responsibilities:Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Supply Chain systems and processes across Regional Distribution Centers (RDCs).Manage, support and resolve system integrations and process issues impacting Supply Chain operations.Lead SAP and 3PL integration issue management, driving timely resolution and ensuring operational continuity.Drive productivity and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing process efficiencies across Supply Chain.Support the hand-off of systematic solutions for S/T team, including hypercare support for ongoing system optimization, including representing the business in User Acceptance testing, challenging solutions to encompass people, process, and system optimization while mitigating future risk.Act as the technical lead for Supply Chain systems, representing functional needs and ensuring alignment with enterprise solutions.Partner cross-functionally to design and deliver system and process solutions supporting warehouse and transportation operations with 3PLs, S/T, Danone IT/EDI, and other Danone functions.Development of training documentation and job aids for Inventory/Supply Chain processesJob Responsibilities: Support the evolution of EDI capabilities by anticipating future challenges and leading adaptation and problem-solving efforts.Maintain and enhance Supply Chain SME knowledge base, including SOP development, training materials, and team enablement.Own system testing, validation, and user acceptance for 3PL integrations and OS&D (overage, shortage, and damage) processes.Analyze Supply Chain data to identify performance gaps and drive actionable improvements.Manage and maintain end-to-end investigation, validation, and analytics for OS&D claim with the goal of decreasing future occurrences and communicating opportunities and future risk to cross-functional partners.Ensure data integrity and accuracy within ERP systems and related applications.Support broader departmental responsibilities and provide backup coverage for Process Analyst functions.Manage external platform interactions, including Uber Freight, 3PL sites, TMS, High Radius.Enable automation of non-EDI processes through technology solutions such as RPA, Python scripting, and UiPath.Lead and support special projects and strategic initiatives across Supply Chain.Ensure compliance with internal controls and inventory management standards, maintaining accountability and audit readiness, including Overages, Shortages, and Damages (OS&D) Invoice to Cash internal control guidelines and Inventory internal control guidelines.Provide operational support coverage, including FTO and weekend rotations as needed. This individual will manage projects to support the growth of the Yogurt Business Unit.  The salary range for this position is $78,000.00- $95,000.00 USD.
