Areas of Responsibility

  • Own the product roadmap and technology strategy for weBoost's digital commerce ecosystem, including ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, analytics, and operational systems.
  • Partner with digital sales, engineering, design, and external vendors to prioritize, define, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Serve as the technology lead for website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and digital analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making and measurable business impact.
  • Embed within operational workflows; including inventory management, fulfillment, supply chain, and customer experience-to identify inefficiencies and translate them into technology-driven improvements.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve automation, AI-powered solutions, and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and increase scalability.
  • Own the integration and performance of systems across ecommerce, marketplaces, ERP, WMS, CRM, BI, and other business-critical platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and operational visibility.
  • Establish and maintain reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and post-launch measurement processes that provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement across the digital business.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Combine strategic product management expertise with a hands-on mindset, thriving in environments where they can both define roadmaps and solve operational challenges.
  • Demonstrate strong experience with ecommerce, digital commerce platforms, systems integrations, analytics, and technology-driven business optimization.

  • Possess a passion for process improvement, automation, and AI, with a track record of leveraging technology to eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration, building strong partnerships with sales, operations, engineering, customer experience, and external vendors.
  • Be highly analytical and data-driven, using insights, experimentation, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and continuously improve results.

Education & Technical Competencies

  • 3–8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on ecommerce, digital commerce operations, or a combination of both, with a willingness to stay hands-on as needed.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI tools, including GPT-based solutions, to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance ecommerce or operational processes.
  • Demonstrated success leading digital products from discovery through launch and iteration, with hands-on experience in ecommerce platforms and commerce technologies such as CMS, PIM, search, payments, and reviews.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience using web analytics tools (GA4 preferred), performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of systems integration concepts, including APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and technical partners.
  • Experience partnering with commercial teams on website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), experimentation, and digital growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or other businesses with complex product catalogs and SKU management.
  • Exposure to marketplace channels such as Amazon, Walmart, or Best Buy and the operational requirements associated with them.
  • Familiarity with ERP, WMS, 3PL, CRM, and business intelligence systems; SQL proficiency and Agile product development experience are a plus.
