Job description

SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Korber Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate must possessย qualifications and hands-on experience with WMS business process and Korber system. The Businessย Analyst will work with end users, JDE analysts, and collaborate with other technical leads and SMEs. ย Knowledge of JDE is seen as a nice to have.ย 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ย 

  • You will participate in the implementation of Korber (all phases).ย 
  • You will troubleshoot business and operational issues associated with the Kรถrber Supply Chain,ย including reports and other 3rd party vendor software.ย 
  • You will interface with customer administrator and IT teams, project leaders, developers andย implementors on support issues.ย 
  • You will quantify issues and provide supporting data if issues are escalated.ย 
  • You will develop and mentor operations team members as Warehouse Management Systemย (WMS) Super Users and Trainers on warehouse and distribution best practices with WMSย 
  • Document business needs.ย 
  • Participate in the development and execution of business solutions, systems, and services.ย 
  • Operate, design, and analyze business applications, integrations, and data recovery methods.ย 
  • Collaborate with company heads, stakeholders, customers, and process owners to determineย financial, business, and operational requirements and goals.ย 
  • Follow management guidelines. Execute assigned tasks with high quality and on time.ย 
  • Arrange priorities according to management directions and guidelines.ย 
  • Collaborate with other business analysts to execute required tasks for new applications andย enhancement of existing applications.ย 
  • Maintain software products to ensure they meet end-user demands.ย 
  • Analyze business requirements for modified and new business applications in collaboration withย other business analysts and document fit/ gap analysis.ย 
  • Prepare and conduct training sessions for end users.ย 
  • Follow guidelines, methods, and techniques for preparing and presenting business cases.ย 
  • Respond to assigned Helpdesk support tickets on time.ย 
  • Reach out to senior team members and SMEs for collaboration and building knowledge asย needed.ย

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • 5 years of experience as a business analysis with Korber.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating systems.
  • Proficient in system requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, and technical solutiondocumentation.
  • Ability to understand and work toward organizational goals and objectives, collaborating withvarious stakeholders.
  • Ability to align with organizational goals and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
