Position : Manhattan WMS Functional Consultant

Location: Burlington, NJ (Remote-Need to travel to client location based on client need)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMOS professional with 10-12 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation and support experience.

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents and business-critical issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, order fulfillment issues, integration failures, and operational exceptions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during critical incidents and hypercare support.
  • Monitor system health and ensure SLA compliance.
 
Required Skills
  • 10-12 years of Warehouse Management experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Manhattan WMOS configuration and support.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and defect analysis skills.
  • Experience in production support and incident management.
  • Experience with SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models.

Nice To Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting Daifuku WES/MHE systems.

Must Have Skills:
