Job description

We are looking for a Blue Yonder Dispatcher Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Dispatcher WMS and Oracle PL/SQL.
You will join the IT side of a warehouse technology environment and take ownership of technical enhancements, reporting, workflow configuration, troubleshooting, and application releases.
The role combines WMS expertise, technical development, and close collaboration with warehouse business teams.
Your responsibilities
  • Design and implement client-specific enhancements in Blue Yonder Dispatcher
  • Develop and optimize advanced Oracle SQL / PL/SQL solutions
  • Build and maintain operational reports using JasperReports / Jaspersoft
  • Configure and troubleshoot Dispatcher Merge rules and RF/RDT processes
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical WMS changes
  • Investigate complex production issues across application logic, workflows, and data
  • Support testing and migration of changes across Test, UAT, and Production
  • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain technical documentation and follow controlled release and change-management processes

Requirements
We would like to hear from you if you have:
  • Solid hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher / JDA Dispatcher / RedPrairie Dispatcher
  • Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills
  • Technical experience configuring or customizing Dispatcher
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, replenishment, inventory, picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Experience working with RF/RDT warehouse processes
  • Experience supporting releases into UAT and Production
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Experience with JasperReports, Merge rules, and Dispatcher reporting/configuration would be particularly valuable.
You may currently be working as a Blue Yonder Consultant, JDA Dispatcher Consultant, WMS Developer, WMS Application Specialist, or Warehouse Systems Technical Consultant.
