Job description

We are currently hiring Groundskeepers to help maintain clean, safe, and orderly exterior spaces across our properties. This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on general maintenance and upkeep, not landscaping or design.

Job Focus:
Groundskeepers are responsible for the day-to-day care of outdoor areas, including lawns, walkways, entrances, parking lots, and other exterior spaces. The goal is to ensure that all grounds remain clean, well-kept, and safe for staff, guests, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mow lawns and trim edges using power equipment.

  • Remove trash, debris, and leaves from walkways, entrances, and exterior spaces.

  • Sweep, blow, and clean sidewalks, parking lots, and other hardscapes.

  • Maintain and store tools and equipment in safe working condition.

  • Monitor grounds for damage or safety concerns and report issues as needed.

  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as watering plants, light pruning, or spreading mulch.

  • In colder climates, assist with snow or ice removal as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or general outdoor maintenance preferred.

  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including heat and sun.

  • Comfortable with physical labor and extended periods of walking, bending, and lifting.
