Job description

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No previous experience allowed for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Renown Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Patient population includes CHF, alcohol withdrawal, NSTEMIs, sepsis, dysrhythmias, pneumonia, COPD, COVID, and post-procedure patients including pacemakers, ablations, cath lab, and OHS patients once downgraded from ICU. Medications include non-titratable cardiac medication drips (Cardizem, Lasix, Nitro, etc).

Shift & Scheduling: No call. May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during the schedule period. Schedule varies based upon department needs and can include weekends.

Floating Requirements: May float to Intensive Care Units for a telemetry/medically appropriate assignment, medical surgical units, and Renown Regional. Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
