Coming from a fresh $21M Series A round of funding we are looking for exceptional candidates to help us build a category-defining company. Wisdom has employees across the US.
About The Role
Wisdom is seeking outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you'll engage dentists and office managers across multiple channels including phone, email, and social to schedule meetings for our Account Executives. You'll have the opportunity to travel to conferences across the country to find new leads, and will help the sales department reach their revenue goals.
This is a high-impact, business critical role that will report into the Sales Manager. This role is in person, based in Lehi, UT.
What You'll Do
  • Outreach to a list of dental offices via phone, email, and social media to find interested prospects and schedule demos for the Account Executive team
  • Attend dental industry conferences and events to find additional leads
  • Nurture and manage each lead through to a completed demo
  • Leverage Gong and Hubspot to track and log progress on leads
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey

  • Experience in sales, recruiting, or a similar outbound role or are a recent graduate eager to start a sales career
  • A track record of successfully meeting and exceeding goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An ability to manage a high volume of tasks in an organized way
  • A growth mindset paired with a desire to receive and implement coaching and feedback
  • Healthcare or dental specific experience preferred, but not required
