What are some unique challenges of working as a healthcare professional in rural areas of Wisconsin?

Healthcare professionals in rural Wisconsin often encounter challenges like limited access to medical resources, longer travel times for patients, and a greater need for generalist skills due to fewer specialists in the area. Building strong relationships with the community is essential, as providers may see the same patients regularly and become deeply involved in their care.
