Job Summary
Manages the daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and/or Speech-Language Pathology and supervises personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings. Serves as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments. In partnership with the physician leaders, takes leadership role in planning, developing, marketing and evaluating all aspects of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology Department in supporting the mission and strategic objectives of this program. Identifies and pursues gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Requires advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Requires well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective leadership.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with medical staff and administration to facilitate program goals.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.
  • Provides care appropriate to patient population and as described in applicable policies and procedures.
