We are currently seeking an experienced
Specialty Well Logging Supervisor
to oversee wireline and logging operations at remote field sites, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient data collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Specialty Well Logging operations
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain logging equipment, sensors, and acquisition systems
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate data delivery
- Interpret preliminary logging data and ensure quality control on-site
- Train and mentor junior logging operators and technicians
- Prepare operational reports and ensure data integrity during handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in well logging or wireline operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior field role
- Strong technical knowledge of well logging tools and methods
- Experience with specialty logging technologies
- Familiarity with industry-standard software (e.g., Warrior)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 1 or 3 an asset)
- Required certifications: H2S Alive, First Aid, CSO, TDG, WHMIS
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in remote locations and under physically demanding conditions on a rotational basis
