The Retail Wireless Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Working as part of a large team, this role involves daily collaboration and communication, including travel between multiple store locations. Associates report directly to the Store Manager and support sales through product demonstrations, order processing, and handling transactions. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts is essential in meeting customer needs and store goals.

Responsibilities
