As a Field Sales Representative Part-Time, you will introduce residential customers to C Spire's Fiber and Wireless services while building valuable sales experience in a flexible, part-time role. Responsibilities:

What You Will Do

In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results.

  • Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods to introduce C Spire Fiber and Wireless services to prospective customers.

  • Generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and close eligible residential sales using approved sales tools and processes.

  • Meet established activity goals, including daily door-knocking, customer conversations, and lead generation.

  • Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and lead outcomes using company sales applications.

  • Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing sales training to continuously improve performance.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods while working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Must be able tolift upto 40 pounds of materials and travel throughout assigned sales territories.Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
