POSITION TITLE: Project Controls Specialist
CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:
ADB is a Nationwide full turnkey provider of technology infrastructure solutions including Wireline, Wireless, Technology, Critical Infrastructure, and Engineering. Our customer centric approach has ensured long term relationships with commercial clients, service providers, local, state, and federal government organizations. ADB is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to perform high-level administrative functions within the Project Controls group with a concentration on billing administration and project financial closeout.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Performs project setup, SO creation, and PO booking in NetSuite
  • Manages project budgets including exception reviews, true-ups, and WIP support
  • Owns customer billing, credits, and invoice accuracy
  • Manages Completed Not Closed projects and monitors closeout readiness
  • Reviews AR aging and drives resolution proactively
  • Performs other position duties when requested

  • 3+ years of administrative experience supporting project teams required
  • 1+ year of informal leadership, mentorship, and peer support required
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

This position pays between $25 and $35/hr and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
