Job description

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Field Technician to join our growing team. This role combines structured cabling, wireless internet installation and service, and tower climbing.
The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, troubleshooting technical equipment, working with their hands, and interacting with customers.
What You'll Do
  • Install, test, repair, and troubleshoot Cat6, fiber, wireless equipment, antennas, access points, cameras, and AV equipment.
  • Install and maintain wireless internet equipment at customer locations.
  • Climb communication towers up to 160 feet to install and service wireless equipment.
  • Perform signal strength, continuity, and cable testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve field technical issues.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and company vehicles.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and explain completed work.
  • Document work and update the company CRM within one hour of completing jobs.
  • Complete required safety and technical training.
What We're Looking For
  • Valid G Driver's License required.
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing towers up to 160 feet.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Able to use hand and power tools.
  • Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in cabling, telecommunications, wireless, networking, construction, or a related field is an asset.
