POSITION DESCRIPTION
This role supports the streamlined team by maintaining document control and database management while tracking project activities and coordinating team communications and customer communications.
KEY PROCESSES OWNED BY POSITION
CLOSE-OUT PACKAGES AND SUBMISSIONS
• Review and receive photos/information from field
• Manage closeouts through customer portals
• Manages all required documentation
MAINTAIN SITE SPECIFIC DUTIES
• Equipment rentals
• Manage project documents
• Contribute to project milestones
• BP pulls
• Construct binders/decom
• Create workbooks
• Pre-construction walks as necessary
• Participate in job kick-off meetings
• Order material and get quotes as directed
• Get quotes for job sites as directed
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
• Communicating via phone/text/email with client
• Cop tracker meetings
• Attend customer meetings
• Daily updates
• All workflow process activities
