  • Design and maintain ADVPN topologies to provide dynamic, resilient, and scalable connectivity between corporate, retail, and warehouse sites.
  • Deploy and support Meraki and Cisco-centric solutions, including switching, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Monitor network performance and capacity, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Implement and maintain network security controls, segmentation, and access policies in accordance with IT security standards.
  • Manage routing and switching configurations, including VLANs, OSPF/BGP, and spanning tree, across the network environment.
  • Partner with the IT Help Desk and technicians on escalated network issues and act as a subject matter expert for networking.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and test new networking technologies, hardware, and vendors to support business growth.
  • Document network architecture, configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in IT projects and infrastructure initiatives, including site rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.
