Pioneer Custom Electric Products, a Voltaris Power Company is an industry-leading provider of custom engineered solutions and electrical products such as low- and medium-voltage switchgear, unit substations and automatic transfer switches, catering to a diverse North American market.

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Wire-Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Low, Medium, and High Voltage, and is comfortable working in a safe yet fast paced environment. This role is essential to the production process and completion of wiring components inside structures, with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and safety.


Responsibilities

  • Follow plans from leadership and engineering to install wiring to custom specifications.
  • Safe use of tools to cut, loom, route, and label all wires accurately.
  • Work with engineers and assemblers to coordinate the installation of wires.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of wiring experience (low, medium, high voltage).
  • Understands how to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Certifications in medium or high voltage preferred (not required).
  • 1-3 years of experience in looming and labeling wire.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Stand, bend, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
  • Able to wear and work in full PPE
  • Must be able to travel 50%+
