Job description

A Day in the Life:

As a Customer Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service in accordance with our company's standards and policies. Your role will involve operating electronic scanning cash registers, receiving payment for customer purchases, honoring discounts and coupons, assisting customers with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups, and bagging items. You will also operate machines to sell money orders, lotto tickets, and transfer funds by wire, process customer returns, sell gift cards and lotto tickets, and handle other transactions as needed. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area of the store, replace stock in display areas, and adhere to the uniform and grooming policy.
