First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Wire Transfer Specialist to join our team in the EOS-Wire Transfer Department.
Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 - $23.00/hr; commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM (hours may vary)
Responsibilities
As a Wire Transfer Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of domestic and foreign wire transfers including data entry, verification, and release of wires. Provides customers (both internal and external) with accurate, courteous, and timely service.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of experience in banking operations, specifically with wire transfers
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Required experience may be obtained concurrently.
  • Effective written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
  • Exercises sound discretion
  • Able to set priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Able to work under pressure with tight cutoff timeframes
  • Experience working with large dollar wire transaction amounts up to tens of millions
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
