We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cable & Harness Inspector to support our team in Denton, TX. This is a full- time, first-shift position working 4 to 5 days per week, on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable and harness inspection, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities  

  • Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections at one or more client suppliers in Denton, TX 
  • Ensure products meet quality and specification standards 
  • Verify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications 
  • Confirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.) 
  • Check documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects 
  • Interpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances 
  • Periodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules 
  • Maintain equipment and keep the work area organized 

Required Qualifications  

  • Knowledge of cable and harness assembly methods 
  • Familiar with IPC-A-620 standards 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields 
  • Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components 
  • Proficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC) 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Certified or previously certified in IPC-A-620 
  • Diploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school; college degree in engineering 
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience, with 2 years as a Cable and Harness Inspector 

Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. 

Mileage reimbursement at the US government rate ($0.70 per mile driven). Untaxed.
