About the Role:

  • Second (2nd) Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00PM - 10:00PM
  • This position is located in Glenwillow, Ohio
  • Hourly Rates starting at $21.00 and up. Increase after 90 days plus Shift Differential Pay
  • Paid Weekly
  • Multiple Openings
  • May have to train on first shift, which is Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:00PM

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Glenwillow. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the extrusion machines to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. Your work will directly impact the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
  • Experience operating extrusion machines or similar equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
  • Basic Computer Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Ability to operate multiple machines and equipment

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain machines to produce high-quality products
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Monitor production process and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production process
