About the job New CDL-A Graduates Wanted - Paid Training Available
NIS Express is now accepting applications in Winston-Salem, NC. If you finished CDL school and are ready to put that license to work, we will train you the right way - paid, structured, and at your pace.
YOUR TRAINING
Three to five weeks with one dedicated trainer. You run actual freight on actual routes from the start. Your pay runs from day one - not after training ends.
What you will learn on the road:

  • Class A tractor-trailer operation and safety standards
  • ELD compliance and hours-of-service logging
  • Pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Dispatch communication and company procedures
You go solo after supervised miles and evaluations. We do not cut corners.
THE JOB
  • Regional dry van freight east of I-35 - 100% no-touch
  • Drop and hook approximately 70% of loads
  • 2024-2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractor with APU
  • $1,200 to $1,500 per week via direct deposit
  • Home time every week or every two weeks
