WINGSTOP FULL-TIME MANAGERS – RUN THE FLOOR. OWN THE SHIFT

Job Description

As a Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor 2, you’re not just running a shift—you’re running the show. You are the energy, the leader, and the driving force behind a high-performing restaurant.

You’ll take full ownership of the floor, leading your team with confidence, keeping the energy high, and making sure every guest walks away with an unforgettable Wingstop experience. From crisp execution and food quality to inventory control and safety standards, you set the tone for excellence every single shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and guest service
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills (scheduling, reporting, POS systems)
  • Must have a valid driver's license 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment
  • ServSafe or food safety certification
