Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments by gathering comprehensive health histories through direct interviews with patients and their families to better understand their conditions and needs.
• Utilize your specialized understanding of mental health to deliver effective therapeutic interventions, recognize potential diagnoses, and develop targeted treatment plans that are patient-centered.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with organizational protocols and legal regulations.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and follow up on referrals, maintaining a consistent line of communication and support throughout the therapy process.
• Serve as the designated on-call clinician as needed, addressing patient emergencies and critical issues that may arise during scheduled work hours.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which include primary care providers, psychiatrists, and community programs, to ensure a holistic approach to behavioral healthcare.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, providing the foundational knowledge and skills required for effective practice.

Compensation and Benefits
