Black Restaurant Group is hiring! We are looking for a kind, compassionate, and motivated Assistant General Manager with a love for food and hospitality to lead our team. We strive for a welcoming and fun work environment while maintaining superior levels of service in a high-volume restaurant. Job Requirements:

  • Highly motivated professional that utilizes experience and knowledge to effectively operate and manage a premier high-volume restaurant
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proven organizational, time management and solution-based skills
  • Professional experience in developing service and bar staff, ongoing training of steps of service and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to motivate service staff in a team environment
  • Previous upper-level management experience required either as an AGM or GM and showing professional longevity
  • Previous experience controlling a seasonal beverage program to include beer, spirits and wine
  • Solid background with conducting weekly / monthly inventories and generating costs
  • Prior experience with scheduling FOH departments
  • Current ServSafe and Tips certifications peferred
