Position Summary:
As a Lotus VIP Server, you are the curator of exceptional experiences in the most exclusive gaming
environment at Graton Resort & Casino. This role demands artistry, precision, and an unwavering
commitment to luxury service. You will deliver bespoke hospitality, anticipating every nuance of guest preference while showcasing mastery of premium spirits, rare wines, vintage champagnes, craft cocktails, and specialty teas. Your presence should exude elegance and transform every interaction into a memorable experience.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of premium spirits, wines, champagne, craft cocktails, specialty teas, and artisanal coffees.
4. Present beverages with proper garnishes, glassware, and serving techniques reflective of luxury casino environment.
5. Support the seamless flow of service by communicating effectively with Lotus Bartenders, bar porters and Hosts.
6. Curate and recommend selections from our premium list of spirits, wines, champagnes and teas.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in Lotus service stations, bar and slot areas.
8. Complete all assigned side work and any additional tasks with a manner of teamwork.
9. Monitor and maintain par levels for all products and equipment; promptly communicate shortages to management.
10. Deliver service that is gracious, intuitive, and exceeds expectations, ensuring beverage orders are prepared and served within seven minutes.
11. Address guests request and concern promptly and with diplomacy.
12. Manage time effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
13. Have full understanding and ability to operate all applicable InfoGenesis POS screens. Able to handle Company funds through cash transactions on the POS in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.
14. Must maintain personal grooming and uniform standards per department and Company standards.

Required Qualifications:
1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Minimum three years of serving experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or exclusive lounges preferred.
3. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays.
4. Must be at least 21 years of age.
5. Ability to carry full trays.
6. Strong multitasking skills under pressure, maintaining composure and professionalism; able to manage multiple drink orders simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer, including types, classes, brands, and basic tasting notes.
8. Must possess or obtain Responsible Beverage Service State Certification.
9. Must possess or obtain California Food Handler Certification.
10. Must pass luxury server assessment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Fluency in multiple languages.
2. Certification in Advanced Mixology, WSET Level 1 or higher, or BarSmarts Advanced.
Physical Requirements:
1. Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without assistance.
2. Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend, and reach for the duration of shift.
3. Requires manual dexterity to operate job equipment
