Job description

Here’s what you’ll do:

Welcome/greet guests and know regular guests by name, preference and needs

Know brands of beer, wine and liquor, as well as the ingredients for the most common cocktails (garnishes, proper glassware, and prices)

Know our food inside and out. Describe and tour the menu with all our guests.

Follow all alcoholic beverage laws, policies and regulations

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Deliver drink orders to each guest in a timely, and efficient manner

Qualifications:

· Passionate about nailing all the basics of great service

· Ready to go above and beyond to provide a hospitable experience for all our guests. Connecting with new guests and keeping our current guests coming back.

· Friendly, upbeat, outgoing, positive, social, excited to meet new people

· Interested in learning new things about food & beverage

· TABC certificate must be presented upon hiring

· Food Handler’s certificate must be presented upon hiring

Moxies is a Canadian restaurant that has opened in the US markets in 2016. We have an internationally inspired menu that's entirely made from scratch, a terrific USDA Prime steak program, a refined cocktail list of signature recipes, and an outstanding wine list with an exciting variety of labels.
We are very proud of our food menu as our Chefs work diligently to keep it current and very fresh. We’re open for brunch on the weekends and open late every day. We have a large team of nearly 150 employees in each location. We have restaurants in Canada, Texas, Florida, Arizona and soon to be Tennessee.
