Wind turbine technicians often face unique challenges such as working at significant heights and in varying weather conditions, which requires strict adherence to safety protocols. Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on-site can be complex, and technicians must be comfortable with both planned maintenance and unexpected repairs.
