WorldMark Windsor is a condo‑style vacation ownership resort located at 1251 Shiloh Road in Windsor, California, in the heart of Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley. The resort is adjacent to the Windsor Golf Club and is minutes from wineries, outdoor recreation, and Sonoma County Airport, making it a popular choice for leisure, family, and extended‑stay travelers.

The property is designed as a low‑rise resort campus with landscaped grounds and a relaxed, residential feel rather than a traditional hotel layout. Accommodations range from studios to spacious one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom suites, to a total of 228 rooms. many with balconies or patios, full kitchens, fireplaces, washers/dryers, and multiple bathrooms—well suited for families

How You'll Shine:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance and physical integrity of the resort, including buildings, grounds, and all major systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC). The role oversees preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, life‑safety systems, energy conservation efforts, and engineering staff leadership while ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards.


How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the Maintenance Department, this includes, common area maintenance, and pool operations.

  • Ensure that overall unit and common area cleanliness, as well as the resort units are maintained in working order, are within standard as outlined in our Quality Control Program.

  • Effectively manage the maintenance process, in conjunction with front office and other support departments, to ensure owner satisfaction.

  • Hire, train, motivate, recognize, coach and develop associates through implementation of incentives and training plans.

  • Manage and support all financial aspects of the department.

  • Assign and direct weekly schedules and daily duties of the Maintenance staff, procures product, performs payroll duties, audits and performance reviews of staff responsibility.

  • Maintain Vendor Relationships and 3rd party contractors such as: Landscaping, Temp Labor, Maintenance and Mechanical Contractors.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, CAL OSHA requirements, and brand standards

  • Lead emergency preparedness and response for facility‑related incident

  • Implement energy conservation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs


What you will bring:

  • Ability to write up routine reports and correspondence; ability to effectively present ideas before groups or individuals.

  • Provide high priority to customer service; ability to solve problems without additional guidance.

  • CPR certification or in the process of attaining.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Certified Pool Operators designation or in process of obtaining.

  • Ability to grasp, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.

  • Physical requirements of frequent standing, walking and climbing, reaching, stooping, kneeling and crouching.

  • Ability to regularly lift and or move up to 50 pounds.

  • Aptitude to work Indoors with exposure to excessive noise from heavy equipment, dust, fumes, and vibrations.

  • Ability to work outdoors, exposed to potential temperature extremes of heat and/or cold at least twenty-five percent.

  • Flexibility to frequently adjust work schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet resort operating demands.

  • Experience leading a preventative maintenance program at a hotel, apartment complex, or a complex facility.

  • Ability to stay organized and detailed oriented.

  • Four years related maintenance experience.

  • Two years supervisory experience.

Compensation

Generally starting at $90,000 - $100,000 per year. The actual salary of the candidate(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
