Position Overview
Window World of Boston is seeking experienced, professional, and reliable subcontractor installation crews to install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors for residential customers. Our installers represent our company on every job site and are expected to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, customer service, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  •  Install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. 
  •  Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. 
  •  Protect customers' homes and property throughout the installation process. 
  •  Complete interior and exterior finish work as required. 
  •  Communicate professionally with homeowners and company staff. 
  •  Maintain a clean and organized job site. 
  •  Identify and report any job site concerns or unforeseen conditions. 
  •  Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company requirements. 
  •  Take required job-site photos and complete all installation documentation. 
Requirements
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience installing replacement windows and doors. 
  •  Must operate as an independent contractor and provide proof of business registration.
