Job description
Required Qualifications:
- 3 plus years of experience in a Windows desktop engineering or support role
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting and support
- Handson experience with MDM platforms such as Omnissa Workspace ONE
- Experience with CSP, SyncML, WNS, OMADM, Windows OS in-place upgrades, Windows Update for Business, or other endpoint management processes
- Familiarity with Group Policy and CSPbased configuration management
- Understanding of Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and hybrid environments
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Foundation. Understanding of service lifecycle, service strategy, and continual service improvement
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Required:
- Recent, indepth management of Windows endpoints using MDM, particularly Workspace One
