Job description

Technician Needed For Our Special Projects Team

In search of a reliable occupation in which to support your family with year-around work? Do you enjoy working with a team and performing high-level detail cleaning? Do you enjoy working outdoors and physically challenging yourself?

If you are mechanically inclined and have an interest in operating boom or man lifts, this position provides all kinds of opportunities with many different types of projects. Our main shop location is in Snohomish, part of the job requirement would be the ability to pick up and drop off a work vehicle as needed from this location.

Outlook Exterior Maintenance, Inc. is hiring for a full-time, Commercial and Building Estate Maintenance Technician in the Seattle area. Our technicians are provided with professional grade equipment and comprehensive training. With over 25 years' experience, we are able to offer stable, year-round employment, competitive wages, and an excellent benefit package.

We have openings for Sunday-Thursday. Must be able to work both day shifts and some night shifts. We are looking for someone willing to advance to the leadership opportunities available.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Pressure-washing, window cleaning, graffiti removal and use of window cleaning equipment (long poles, ladders, lifts, and water-fed poles).
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
  • All season indoor and outdoor work
  • Position requires an eye for detail
  • Be a team player and have a positive attitude
  • Be courteous and focused on clients' needs
  • Able to pick up and carry 50lbs. on a regular basis
Qualifications and Skills
  • Due to policies from the medical clients we service, if asked, you must be able to show proof of vaccination
  • Previous pressure-washing experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of ladder, man lift, and boom work is also a plus

Education and Experience:
  • Experience cleaning high-end construction is a plus, but not required.
