As a Window & Door Specialist - Inside Sales Support, you will be an enthusiastic connector between our window manufacturers, outside sales team, and our customers. The focus of this job is making connections with people and building an understanding of our window products. Ensuring customers are trained and educated on our window lines available. That window/door orders are processed accurately and on time. An ideal candidate will work best in a fast-paced environment where extremely detailed window quotes need to be shared and effectively. Growing the window and door product line.


Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing window platforms to conduct accurate quotes requested by customers or sales associates
  • Detailed and organized work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently
  • Knowledge of each window line to be able to offer accurate quotes in conjunction with the customers' criteria
  • Working with the window manufacturers to train and educate contractors to drive topline window sales
  • Work with customers and co-workers to build solid relationships based on trust and competence
  • Organize and coordinate window & door shipments/deliveries with the warehouse and contractors
  • Work with window manufacturers on backordered, missing, damaged, or warranty windows
  • Effectively communicate and motivate others while being responsive to their needs and concerns
  • Be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, its management, the team, and our customersย 
  • Work as a team in the decision-making; build consensus rather than make decisions aloneย 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manner consistentlyย
