America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team! In this role, you'll help homeowners find the best solutions for replacing their windows, doors, and siding. Bring your sales experience, customer service skills, strong work ethic, and determination, and we'll provide the tools and support you need to succeed. We want you to grow your career with us!

Responsibilities

  • Help Window World customers by recommending products and services that best meet their needs.
  • Measure windows and prepare accurate product and project estimates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through consistent communication and follow-up.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors to provide recommendations to management.
  • Continue developing your sales and product knowledge through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Window World's products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Two or more years of sales or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Ability to attend weekly meetings at our Baton Rouge office every Wednesday.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to meet customer and business needs.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

  • Three weeks of paid training provided.
