Job Summary

ASF Clean Team is seeking reliable and safety-conscious Field Technicians / Window Cleaners to join our operations team. This position requires performing professional window cleaning and related exterior services while following all safety protocols and labor regulations.
We are hiring Entry-Level Field Window Cleaning Technicians who are dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn. Applicants without prior window cleaning experience are encouraged to apply.  Paid training and certifications will be provided to ensure employees are fully prepared to perform their duties safely and effectively.
What You’ll Do

  • Perform residential and commercial window cleaning (interior/exterior, screens, tracks, skylights).
  • Complete gutter cleaning, debris removal, and downspout flushing.
  • Assist with pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior maintenance tasks.
  • Follow all company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and DIR requirements when applicable.
  • Operate ladders, lifts, scaffolds, and other equipment safely.
  • Use company vehicles responsibly, complying with all traffic laws and licensing requirements.
  • Review job notes, complete tasks thoroughly, and document work accurately.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, coworkers, and office staff.
  • Upload job photos and documentation using Jobber or company-approved systems.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional window cleaning experience, but not required (residential or commercial).
  • Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to safely work at heights (rooftops, ladders, lifts, scaffolding).
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must follow company attendance, scheduling, and call-out procedures.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with mid-rise or high-rise window cleaning.
  • Certifications in fall protection, aerial lift operation, or OSHA safety training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience using Jobber.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
  • Previous work on DIR-covered or prevailing wage jobs is a plus.

Professional References

Applicants must provide at least two professional references (previous supervisors and managers). References will be verified as part of the hiring process.

  • Adhere to California Labor Laws, including meal/rest breaks and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • At-will employment: Employment can be terminated by the employee or ASF Clean Team at any time, with or without cause.
  • Safety-first mindset; always follow company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail are required.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional weekends based on workload
  • Full-time with opportunities for overtime
  • Schedule may be adjusted to comply with DIR or public work requirements.
