- Understands and communicate the 'voice of the customer' (externally and internally) in decisions affecting quality and performance.
- Work with functional groups to help define and establish quality and process improvements.
- Utilizes PPAP core elements (PFMEA, MSA, Process Flow and Control Plans, etc.) to identify risks and propose mitigation solutions.
- Maintain quality metrics and reports, customer scorecards, corrective actions, updating and publishing weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Identify production, delivery risks; ensure implementation of effective RCCA.
- Provide recommendations, support CIPT on targets for product safety, performance, quality/manufacturability, reliability, service life.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business or quality field or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Potential domestic and international travel required (up to 15%).
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of the P&W Quality Management System.
- Working knowledge of complex engine component and assemblies.
